•  Environmental Specialist in the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, Coastal Zone

    Management Program.

   • Evaluated applications for endorsements & Environmental Impact Statements & Assessments for

     developments in the coastal zone.

   • Prepared Management Plans for Marine Protected Areas.

   • Conducted research for Biotic &  Abiotic Inventory of Marine Protected Areas.

   • Conducted research on coastal & marine areas.

•  National Oceanographic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service,

   Protected Species Program :

   - Coastal, marine & fisheries surveys.

   - Maintenance of computerized databases.

   - Assisted in the organization and logistics, and reviewed and monitored research for scientific

     symposia.

•  Design & planning of water distribution projects, potable water filtration plants & sewer plants.

•  PRASA senior engineer.

•  Construction Project Management with:

•  Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico;

•  Department of Transportation and Public Works;

•  P.R. Infrastructure Authority (AFI); and the

•  P.R. Aqueduct & Sewer Authority Water Resources Div.
